Cables Without the Fear

Learned to knit recently? Let's build those skills. If you can make a washcloth and have started to wonder what else your hands might be capable of, these three classes are for you. Each one focuses on a single technique, so you leave with a finished piece (or close to it) and enough confidence to try the technique again without anyone watching. Cables look like wizardry, but they are really just a few stitches that trade places while you hold them on a small extra needle. In this class you will learn how to read a cable chart, work a basic cable crossing, and fix a mistake when a cable turns the wrong direction. We will practice on a washcloth so you can see how the pattern builds row by row.
