Ambassadors are trusted, connected members of their local craft and arts community who help bring Heirloom to their neighbors. You work on your own schedule, use your existing relationships, and earn both upfront bonuses and ongoing revenue share as your city grows.
What you'll do
- •Identify and personally reach out to potential guides in your city
- •Introduce Heirloom to local craft organizations, studios, and community groups
- •Conduct 30-minute video interviews with guide applicants using our Interview Guide
- •Help new guides find suitable teaching spaces and support their first session
- •Attend local craft events and markets as a Heirloom representative
You don't handle payments, contracts, or final approvals — those stay with Heirloom.
How ambassadors earn
Per approved guide
$25
For every guide you recruit who completes vetting and goes live on the platform.
Ongoing session share
2%
Of every session fee generated by guides in your city — for as long as they stay active.

Paid monthly via direct deposit on the 15th of the following month. $25 minimum balance.

What we ask of you
- •Use the Heirloom Interview Guide for every guide interview — no improvising
- •Submit interview notes to Heirloom within 24 hours
- •Flag any concerns immediately — final approval always stays with Heirloom
- •Represent Heirloom honestly and never overpromise on platform capabilities
- •Stay actively engaged — inactive ambassadors (60+ days) may be replaced
Every ambassador's first three interviews are reviewed personally by our founder before you operate independently.
