I’ve been teaching yoga for seven years, and teaching yoga has become one of my favorite ways to help people feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies. I love teaching because I believe learning should feel encouraging, approachable, and even fun. My teaching style is gentle, patient, and focused on meeting people where they are. A session with me is relaxed and personalized, with plenty of encouragement and room to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn at your own pace.
